Everything else on this site has been through a few drafts. This page hasn’t. It’s a live feed from Last.fm, which has been quietly logging what I listen to for years and has no interest whatsoever in how I’d like to come across.
The results are not flattering. One recent morning managed Vanilla Fudge and Vanilla Ice inside the same quarter of an hour, plus a Depeche Mode cover, some 1979 space disco and a bit of Fleetwood Mac, all before half past eight. I’m told this is called eclectic. I suspect it’s called shuffle.
I keep it here because I spend my working life turning messy human behaviour into tidy dashboards, and it seems only fair to point one back at myself. The CV a couple of clicks away is fifteen years of careful positioning. This is just what was actually playing at ten to eight in the morning, and you can probably learn more from that.
